In a location “landmark” for our first meeting in July 2023, three different people with a common goal envisioned Trias Premium Products.
An idea that came to fruition after careful planning and dedication, with a deeper sense of creativity and innovation.

Ts' Vavos Tsipouro of Epirus
Times change, people betray you, but she… She always had a healing, airy presence, without a trace of ostentation, that would never change.
A selfless, affectionate embrace, a well-meaning piece of advice from experience, homemade snacks and pure tsipouro, reassuring you that everything will be fine and giving you her blessing… We celebrate these women while we have them in our lives! But also in our memories! Discovering the paths of long-standing mainland art, with dreams, passion, and Her blessing, we created Tsipouro t’ Vavos… Crystal clear, flavorful, and aromatic. It is best served chilled, accompanying traditional meze and banquets. For distillation, grapes of the Epirote variety Debina are “tamed.” A native variety, lively and productive. The distillation process takes place in a copper still until it reaches its peak, its intoxication, the communication of the sensory world with the world of ideas.

Our Honey "Be the Bee"
A brand whose purpose will be to promote globally an essence of Greek nature, concentrated in the products of this unique creature, the bee.
A product of exclusively organic beekeeping, far from agricultural crops, pesticides, and human intervention, without any processing by the beekeeper, pure according to the strictest quality standards set by the bee itself. Greece is a mountainous country with an inexhaustible wealth of biodiversity that is unique in the world, in places remote and untouched by the violent footprint of man. This is where Be the Bee honey is collected, from elegant, traditional, but also alternative varieties that dynamically represent the character of the region they come from and the unique characteristics of their producer. Fir, Pine, Chestnut, Oak, Aries, and other trees that cover the Greek mountains offer rich nectars.
Oregano, Tea, Clover, Wild Mint, Asphodel, Reiki, Paliouri, and of course the well-known Thyme, and all kinds of flowers that cover the Greek landscape, all offer rich nectar and magical superfood, the most nutritious pollen.
Our Herbs "Bee Side"
On the slopes of Mount Tomaros (Olytsika), where the air remains clean and the land blessed, we carefully cultivate and harvest organic oregano and tea.
Our herbs grow without chemicals, at the pace of nature and with the patience of people who know their land.
Each leaf, each flower, is picked by hand with respect and love; it is dried naturally, preserving its aroma and properties.
The Bee Side range is dedicated to simplicity and authenticity.
